The Active Member Card is issued by CyberActive.

The Active Member Card is intended for individual and/or corporate use.

All Customers with minimum purchase of S$100 in any CyberActive Outlets can apply the Active Member Card.

The Active Member Card is valid for a period of 2 years.

CyberActive reserves the right to decline issue of a new card and to withdraw any existing card at any time.

The Active Member Card cannot be used in conjunction with any privilege cards, vouchers, redemptions and promotions.

Active Memberes are entitled to 5% direct discount on selected products. (Refer to Active Member Card Benefits)

Active Members are entitled to 20% direct discount on Computer Service Fee. Software and Hardware are not inclusive in the Computer Service Fee.

Active Members must present their cards upon making purchase.

Active Members are entitled with 7 days return policy with any products purchased. Products returned must be in sellable conditions. Computer Services Fee is not valid for the return policy. Promotion and Redemption Products are not valid for the return policy.

Active Members are responsible for informing CyberActive in person, when the Active Member Card is lost, stolen or when there is a change in personal particulars. If this is not done, CyberActive will not be accountable for any consequences & any loss of benefits and/or privileges.

An administrative charge of S$5 is payable for the replacement of any card in the event of loss or theft.

CyberActive reserves the right to alter & amend any of the conditions of the Active Card.
